  3. <hi style=afpcap>The P-64 was built by North American as a version of the NA-50 specifically for the export to Siam (Thailand) in 1941. The aircraft were retained by the US with the pursuit designation P-64 due to the design being a single seat. The US national insignia was applied over the Siamese roundel once the aircraft entered AAC service.</hi>
